While we strive for accuracy, Locate.Church makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Church Data.

Church Data is provided “as is” and “as available.” You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site and reliance on Church Data is at your own risk.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Locate.Church or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our express prior written consent.

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Locate.Church expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
