We are gathering a core group to plant South Carroll Reformed Presbyterian Church in Eldersburg, Maryland. South Carroll Reformed Presbyterian is an initiative of Northeast Presbytery of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARPChurch.org) and Good News Presbyterian Church of Frederick, MD.
