Randall Church

We invite every man, woman and child to “find your place” in three relationships: UPWARD in Christ, INWARD in the Church and OUTWARD in the Community. We believe in a heritage of faith for the next generation. This means we celebrate the history of almost 200 years of existence. Our church was founded before the civil war began, and our people were active enough in the underground railroad movement that Pastor Randall commissioned and recruited his own company of men to go and fight in the Battle of Gettysburg. He was wounded there, but still returned home before later succumbing to his injury. 100 years and a few generations later, construction began at the church’s current location. Ahead of its time, the church constructed a multi-use meeting space that would later become the gymnasium when the full sanctuary construction was complete. A church with a gymnasium seems commonplace now, but at that time in history, it was very forward thinking and focused on the youth of the church finding their place here. However, there is no future in the past. If the church is going to exist 10, or 20, or 100 years from now, it will continue to provide ways for all people to find their place so that they may experience God’s purpose for their lives. For the next generation of teenagers who struggle to make life choices in an increasingly polarized world. For the next generation of leaders both in the church and in the marketplace.
