Led by Pastor Dave Russell, OBC was replanted in the Fall of 2015, by a team sent from Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, DC. OBC is centrally located in the heart of Charlotte and seeks to be a witness of the gospel to our neighborhood and throughout the city.
