Mission and Vision Our church mission and vision centers around the Great Commission as given by our Lord in Matthew 28:19-20. We exists as a Church for one purpose and that is to "Go into all the world and make disciples. Everything we do here at New Covenant is for that one purpose and to that end. Definition of a “Church Mission Statement” A church mission statement defines the leadership's vision of congregational purpose and tells you if their vision is in line with God's purposes for your life. Our Vision Statement Evangelize, Baptize, and Catechize! Our Mission Statement New Covenant Baptist Church exists for one primary purpose: to fulfill the Great Commission as given to the Church by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:19-20). By submitting to the Power and Authority of The Lord Jesus Christ we seek to “Go… and teach all nations” the Gospel by being committed to the public preaching of Christ. Therefore “having gone” we strive to make disciples, baptizing them in the authority of His name as commanded. Finally, being disciples ourselves we continually commit to the teaching, learning, and observing of all that is required of us by Him knowing that He is with us “unto the end of the world”.
