Highlands Baptist Church

Highlands Baptist Church covenanted together as a local church in Melissa, TX on February 10th , 2024. Now, as a local body of Jesus Christ, we seek to glorify God by worshipping God. We worship him in our praise to him for who he is and what he has done. God has sent his son, Jesus, to save his people from their sin, and our response to this good news is worship. We worship in our praise and in how we live. We will seek to live on mission to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to all nations. We believe the local church is how the Lord will reach all nations to gather his worshippers. Our hope is to be a Christ treasuring local church that is built on the Word of God. As a local church, our aim is to love one another and make disciples. Our prayer is that the Lord blesses these acts of worship to see his kingdom spread through evangelism and more church plants in his city, county, country, and continents…to the glory of God!
