Hanson Baptist Church

We are an Elder led, evangelical church. We are not enamored with trendy methods to entertain and attract bigger crowds, nor do we try to manipulate emotions or bait people with promises of personal miracles and ecstatic experiences. Our commitment is to faithfully and precisely proclaim the scripture and thereby experience the power of His Word. Therefore, the expository preaching of the Word of God is never relegated to a subordinate role in our services. In a society that applauds compromises and prefers tolerance over truth, we believe it is our duty to remain distinctively the church of Jesus Christ. Our difference from the world is what attracts people to Christ not our similarity with it.
