Formation Church

Formation Church is a life giving Gospel-Centered church in Chandler, IN with a great kids program, and an authentic community of ordinary people following Jesus. We desire to make space for people to grow in their faith and be formed into the person God has called them to be. Our Church leadership went through the Building Healthy Church Series of books and found them to be profoundly helpful for developing a healthy church.
