First Baptist Church of New Carlisle

We exist to know Him and make Him known in our rural area of Ohio. New Carlisle is a small town, but we hope to make a big impact for the gospel. We are making huge strides toward a word-driven ministry, but we can only go as far as God has allowed financially. We have a new Senior Pastor and a new Associate who are making strides together for Kingdom purposes. We hope to better our resource center so that the community at large can benefit from the Word being handled correctly and purposefully. We are currently making strides in the Children/Student ministries to make them more organized and Word-centric. Our preaching is expository in nature as we move through 1 Samuel, then John in the coming months. We are moved by ACBC counseling and are handing out CCEF counseling material as resources at the moment. We have begun networking with local churches and businesses so that we would be able to work together for the gospel instead of against one another. We are starting an annual youth event with a multitude of other churches so that Youth Pastors and teens who did not know each other can now spend time with each other and worship in unison. We are looking to start an internship/residency program in the coming months that would be able to train others for ministry leadership positions. We want to be a training center for Christianity at large where Sundays are the flagship day of the week where we get to celebrate coming together as believers to then go out and evangelize separately, yet together! We strive for the glory of God and satisfaction in Him alone.
