Emmanuel Church Bath

We are a group of Christians brought together by the gospel, for the gospel, who want the Word of God to speak to us and to shape us, individually and corporately, for God's glory. To this end we gather together on Sundays, morning and evening, with the purpose of singing, praying, reading and preaching the Word of God, equipping the saints and gloryfying God. In between our meetings there is opportunity each week to eat together. Our conviction is that as God is worshipped by His people, in our gathering and in our daily living, He is put on display and will call people to Himself to the glory of His name. We are made up of younger families, students and older folk, united by our faith in the truth about Jesus who gave himself as a ransom for all people. We seek to reach our community by equipping the saints, providing a TOTs group and running Christianity Explored as well as holding seasonal events.
