Coila Church

We are a small, but growing church in rural Washington County, NY, having been established back in 1785. Our mission is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ. Making disciples or “discipleship” has both an outward and inward focus. Our evangelism, missions, and outreach are essential to see new disciples made. Our gathering for corporate worship, Bible study, and prayer help new disciples follow Christ, grow in their faith, and eventually make disciples themselves. Our five-fold vision is to be a people who 1) in humility, admit our dependence on God and each other, 2) increase in the knowledge of and obedience to God’s Word, 3) care for each other and each other’s needs, 4) engage our community with the gospel, and 5) equip families to love and serve God. Our vision is what we want to become and will change as we grow and meet these benchmarks.
