Calvary Chapel Wahiawa

We are a non-denominational church that is affiliated with the Calvary Chapel Movement. As an affiliate we are influenced by Calvary’s philosophy of ministry and yet are free to follow where and how we feel Jesus is leading us as a unique local body through the instruction of His word. Our heartbeat as a church is to impact the community of Wahiawa with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection is the only hope for humanity, and as such we desire to disciple all people, beginning in Wahiawa, in all that Jesus taught. Calvary Chapel Wahiawa is a praying church connected to the heart of God, which makes us a giving church connected to each other, which, in turn, enables us to be a sending church connected to our community and to our world. It is important to use this mission statement as a tool in our corporate church life, to help us to be focused as a body in reaching out to others and in encouraging each other in our daily walk. We want to keep God’s Word as our final authority for all that we do and believe, teaching grace while being gracious, being real in our church family/community, striving for excellence in everything that we do, having Aloha that reflects God, and doing ministry in teams.
