Bibelgemeinde Berlin (Berlin Bible Church)

We are Christians and it is our desire to live dependent on God and His Word. We do not just call ourselves Christians, but instead we identify ourselves with the person, the work and the words of Jesus Christ. God himself has brought us together in a wonderful way, so that we might live to honor Him. We love Him, we want to please Him with our lives and bring the Good News to the people around us. The Word of God plays the biggest role in this process. It gives us insight into the origin of life, it is also a guide for our lives, it causes people to be saved and it changes us as Christians, so that we might be more like Jesus Christ. We believe the whole Bible, as shown in our Doctrinal Statement. We hold on to the following principles of the Reformation: Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone), sola gratia (grace alone), sola fide (faith alone), solus Christus (Christ alone), and soli deo gloria (to God alone be the glory). We work with Christians who base themselves and rely on the Scriptures. However, we reject ecumenical efforts, because they neglect the truth, only to form an apparent unity.
